Our modular container houses and offices are easy to set up and the most economical solution for fast housing, store fronts, cabins, studios, restaurants & offices. Shipped anywhere in the world, easy to transport, multiple units can be shipped in a 40 ft hi-cube.

Our new mini self storage buildings are made here in the USA and assembled in Florida and Soon Tennessee. They are custom made to configure each unit to the cutomer's specification. Single units to complete self storage business in less time than any one else for a quicker return on investment than convention built self storage projects.

Modular Container Prices start at just $6995 for the single wides and $9995 for the double wides. They include the windows, door & floors, painted & insulated. The triple wide starts at 29K for a 24x20 with bath that has a sink, toliet and shower, electric wired, windows and flooring, just hook up the water, sewer and electric and 6 hrs of assembly it is ready to live in, If you can dream it we can build it.
